About Pulled Disc
Pulled Disc was created to give back to the sport I love and share what I have learned over the years, as well as test and discuss new concepts within the greater ultimate landscape.
I will likely comment on issues that arise in the sport, but intend to focus most of my efforts on statistical analysis, film study, and skill development (both team wide and individual specific).

(Yes, Pulled Disc is a bit of a pun with the injury that most often traumatizes sports reporters. I had originally thought I might write more about fitness issues and just decided to keep the name.)
